Please read these terms carefully before claiming a seat. By participating, you agree to the rules below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. Participation is not available in jurisdictions where restricted by law.
How Seats Work
- Each webinar offers a limited number of seats at a fixed price per seat.
- Claiming a seat grants access to the recorded review for that webinar and enters that seat into the on-camera announcement.
- Members may claim up to five (5) seats per webinar.
- When the webinar closes, one seat holder receives the featured item, announced live on camera.
All Sales Final
All seat purchases are final and non-refundable. Seat holds that expire before checkout release the seats back to availability.
Shipping & FFL Transfer
Firearms are transferred in accordance with all federal and state laws. If you are the recipient, the firearm ships free to your local licensed FFL dealer for transfer, or may be picked up locally at our store. The recipient is responsible for passing all required background checks; if a transfer cannot be lawfully completed, the item cannot be released.
Privacy
Seat charts and the recorded announcement identify participants by username only. We do not publicly display members' real names.
Age Verification
Access to this site and all purchases require date-of-birth age verification. You must be 21 or older to create an account, claim a seat, or receive a firearm transfer.
SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in — on our contact form or at checkout — you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from ManCave (for example: seat reminders, go-live times, and webinar results) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Firearms that are not legally available in all 50 states are not advertised via SMS.
