SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We normally ship orders within 24 hours, however some products may take up to 7 business days to ship depending on availability. Certain items may be unique, specialized, or limited; therefore, ManCave 409 reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

We insure all shipments against loss or damage.
However, we do not guarantee that product boxes, packaging, or branded cases will arrive without cosmetic wear, as shipping carriers may cause handling marks. Damage to product packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement claim.

We typically ship using:

  • UPS Ground

  • USPS Priority / First Class

If you require expedited shipping, we can arrange:

  • 2-Day Shipping

  • Next-Day Shipping

Additional charges apply.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require expedited shipping by default.
Free shipping promotions apply only to the continental United States (Lower 48).

We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. High-order volume events (such as sales or weekends) may cause minor delays.


SHIPPING FIREARMS

Federal law prohibits licensed firearm dealers from shipping a firearm directly to an individual in another state. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed firearm dealer (FFL) in your state.

How to Complete a Firearm Purchase

  1. Place your order on our website.

  2. Choose an FFL dealer near you that will handle your firearm transfer. (Most pawn shops, gun stores, and ranges provide this service for a small fee.)

    • If you need help locating an FFL, leave a note in your order and we will assist.

  3. Your chosen FFL dealer must send us a copy of their signed FFL license, unless we already have it on file.

  4. Once your FFL is verified, we will ship your firearm to them.

  5. We will email you a tracking number once your item ships.

  6. When your FFL receives the firearm, you will complete a 4473 background check to take possession of the firearm.

Important Notes

  • Be sure your dealer knows to expect the shipment.

  • You must complete the required background check and meet all local/state firearm ownership requirements.


INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery.

ManCave 409 will:

  • Replace the item or

  • Issue a full refund upon return of the incorrect product.

Returned products must be unused and in original condition unless a manufacturer defect is present. Items covered by manufacturer warranty must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Scopes, optics, binoculars, and flashlights

  • Software / digital media / DVDs

  • Hearing protection

  • Special order items

  • Any item that has been used, altered, or modified

Orders canceled after special-order products have been sourced may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment back to us.

General Return Terms

ManCave 409 accepts returns on:

  • New, unused items in original packaging, or

  • Defective items within 90 days of purchase

If the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped, we cover the return shipping.
If returning for personal preference or buyer’s remorse, customer covers return shipping.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to safety, legal, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Apparel that has been worn or altered

  • Underwear or base-layer apparel (all sales final)

  • Face coverings (masks, neck gaiters, shemaghs, etc.)

  • Ammunition (all ammo sales are final)

  • 80% frames and receivers that have been modified

  • Chemicals, primers, most liquids, and hazardous items

Firearm Return Policy

A firearm may only be returned while still in possession of the receiving FFL.

Once the firearm is transferred to you (after background check), it cannot be returned.

Before accepting the transfer:

  • Inspect the firearm for visible defects.

  • If there is an issue, do not complete the transfer.

  • Contact us and we will arrange a return and inspection.

Upon return inspection, you may choose:

  • A replacement firearm (if available), or

  • A refund
